Taylor Steele is one of the most prolific filmmakers in the history of surfing. His films have typically showcased the most progressive surfers doing the most progressive maneuvers going back almost 20 years.
Last year Steele took his inspiration in a new direction by creating Innersection -- a competition of sorts in which Steele invites pro surfers and cinematographers to film and edit their own videos. They then submit them to Innersection.tv and allow their efforts to be judged by their peers.
One of the more exciting submissions is by Craig Anderson a surfer who won "Breakthrough Performer of the Year at the Surfer Poll Awards. Anderson teamed up with producers, director and editor, Matthew Bokor of 360 To Nowhere films.
The result is one of the most beautiful and progressive four minutes of surfing ever assembled.
Enjoy.
