Efron and Vito - celebrity soulmates?

Snowboarder Louie Vito has been all over the media lately due to his impending performance on Dancing with the Stars. Boardistan picked up the latest Q&A Vito gave to in his blog for People Magazine complete with Hollywood makeover imagery.

In viewing Louie's airbrushed People portrait an uncanny resemblance to actor Zac Efron became readily apparent -- styled hair, shirtless attire complete with "I'm a stud" stare.

Like his acting look-alike, Louie seems comfortable stepping into the celebrity spotlight: from standing atop snowboarding contest podiums to his soon-to-be aired series of two-step dance routines with partner Chelsie Hightower.

According to Efron's bio on IMDB, the actor lists snowboarding as one of his favorite sports. Perhaps if Louie goes on to win a medal at next year's Winter Olympics and some movie producer opts to do a film on his ever-increasing public life, Efron could do the lead with Vito as the stunt man.

primetime tap dancing?

Conversely, with Vito's new-found fame and growing bag of dance moves mastered, he could quite possibly be a lead candidate for the next incarnation of High School Musical. Assuming of course he can hold a tune.
