With snowboarding and now skateboarding - no reason
to leave Woodward at Copper.Woodward at Copper, deep in the heart of the Colorado Rockies, is pleased to announce Skateboard camp offerings for summer 2010. Do you like to skateboard? During a week-long skate camp at Woodward at Copper, you get access to morning and afternoon skate sessions in the Barn with many separate and unique skate features, skate trips to various skate parks around Colorado, as well as evening skate sessions.
As an extra incentive to book Skate camps early, Woodward at Copper is currently offering $200 off the regular price on session 2, 3, 5, and 6 (full week camps only) if customers book by March 26, 2010. Summer camp can be pre-booked by calling a Copper Mountain Vacation Specialist at 888-350-1544, at The Barn 970-968-3400, or The Cage 970-968-3096.
A typical day during Skateboard camp will include morning and evening skateboard sessions inside the Barn, skate trips to various skate parks around Colorado, and additional recreational activities including trampolines, video editing, go-carts, create-a-skate, music and much more. The Barn and The Cage offer a multitude of skate features all in one area. Campers will live and eat at Copper s EDGE building, which is located right down the road from The Barn.
The skate features in The Barn include:
Huge 6 ft. to 8 ft. Skatelite Bowl
4 ft. Mini Skatelite Ramp
2 ft. Micro-Mini Skatelite Ramp (also known as the Mini-Mini)
1,600 sq. ft. mini street course
5 ft. Skatelite drop into Foam Pit
